4. Approvals (DA or CDC)
We manage all approvals on your behalf.
Depending on your site, your pool will proceed through a Development Application (DA) or a Complying Development Certificate (CDC).
BASIX and any drainage or tank requirements are coordinated for you.
5. Construction
With approvals complete, your build begins.
We handle excavation, concrete, tiling, equipment installation, and all finishing works — always with precision and communication.
6. Handover
Your pool is certified, cleaned, and ready to enjoy.
